Terry’s path began on a Milford Bay homestead, where he learned
resilience, ingenuity, and the value of building with care. Today, he brings
that foundation into every project, combining decades of construction
expertise with a reputation for precision and trust. His ability to solve
complex challenges with clarity and creativity has made him a respected
partner in transforming cottages and lakefront homes across the region.
Theresa’s story is shaped by her family’s heritage of wooden boat building and
